The loungeroom has a corner lounge suite, Wall mount TV & air conditioning.
The laundry is fully equipped with washing machine & dryer.
The kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave, oven & stove top & fridge.
The breezeway is fully covered & rainproof with confortable lounge settings & table setting. Plantation louvres open fully to the poolside. Fixed louvres are on the eastern side with external door access to open deck, outdoor entertaining table & firepit.
