Booking deposit is 10% of total rental fee plus $40.00 booking fee. Booking fee is non-refundable.
Deposit may be refunded if booking cancellation is made prior to 45 days of arrival date, less $30 cancellation fee.
Deposit is non-refundable if booking cancellation occurs within 45 days of arrival date.
The balance or total holiday rental fee is payable 21 days prior to arrival date.
If cancellations are made up to 14 days before arrival date, a 50% refund of the total fee is payable.
If cancellations are made 14 days or less before arrival date, it will result in total loss of your accommodation funds paid.

Quiet 2 bedroom unit with wonderful open veranda overlooking the canopy of tropical palms. Unit 2 is situated at the rear of the building, allowing ultimate privacy and lovely views over the lawn and established gardens with easy access to the in ground pool and car space underneath Open kitchen with long bench spaces, double sink, wide servery, electric appliances and dishwasher opens to the wide covered veranda for alfresco dining. Wonderful living area with comfortable lounge setting, TV and conditioning. Modern louvered windows throughout allows natural light and cross breezes into every room.
Spacious bedrooms with queen size beds feature air conditioning, new ceiling fans and large built-in robes.
