      General Terms & Conditions

      Booking deposit is 10% of total rental fee plus $20 booking fee.  Booking fee is non-refundable.

      Deposit may be refunded if booking cancellation is made prior to 45 days of arrival date, less $30 cancellation fee.

      Deposit is non-refundable if booking cancellation occurs within 45 days of arrival date.

      The balance or total holiday rental fee is payable 21 days prior to arrival date.

      If cancellations are made up to 14 days before arrival date, a 50% refund of the total fee is payable.

      If cancellations are made 14 days or less before arrival date, it will result in total loss of your accommodation funds paid.
