Booking deposit is 10% of total rental fee plus $40.00 booking fee. Booking fee is non-refundable.
Deposit may be refunded if booking cancellation is made prior to 45 days of arrival date, less $30 cancellation fee.
Deposit is non-refundable if booking cancellation occurs within 45 days of arrival date.
The balance or total holiday rental fee is payable 21 days prior to arrival date.
If cancellations are made up to 14 days before arrival date, a 50% refund of the total fee is payable.
If cancellations are made 14 days or less before arrival date, it will result in total loss of your accommodation funds paid.

Situated on Marine Parade along Geoffrey Bay, an amazing beach to snorkel, swim and reef walk and its only a few metres also to Alma Bay or to feed the rock wallabies and fish at the old barge site. See koalas, wildlife and breathtaking views from many National Park walks. Visit the Island Tavern for a cool refreshment or try your luck at the Toad Races.
The Beachcomber complex has 8 units only and there is a shared inground pool at the rear of the complex to cool off after a day of adventure!
