  french doors to the back veranda, is air conditioned and has an en-
  suited bathroom.

  two single beds.

  separate shower.

  • The living room is spacious and has a large dining area attached,

  as well as a large flat screen TV and DVD player with a great DVD
  library. There is also a screened sitting room to relax and read a
  book at the front of the home.

  • Fenced back yard under the shady Tamarind tree. The veranda is

  covered and has an outdoor lounge and table setting for afternoon
  drinks and a new BBQ to enjoy outdoor cooking and dining.

  Arcadia has to offer – Alma Bay, Arcadia Hotel and Resort, shops,
  restaurants and cafes. A track opposite the home leads comes out
  beside the Bowling Club on Marine Parade.
